| . To be fair, the problems and aspirations of the Constituency are not confined to Work, and Housing, important as they are. The quality of life is also important. Groundwork Caerphilly has done excellent work. Can you imagine any Tory Government in England giving any thought to the quality of life in South Wales ? |
